Civitil et Benween (Benween City, in English), officially Civitil-Eskratol et Benweén (City-State of Benween, in English) (other names: te Cennt, the Center) is a city-state of Benween , as well as the capital of the Federal Republic of Benween . It is located in the center of the country at an average altitude of 2,122 m asl. It is administratively divided into 25 delegations. Its population is approximately 53 million inhabitants.
